How and where do I sign up?

Sign up via the red "Rewards" button in the bottom left hand side of your screen.

How do I earn points?

View "Ways to Earn Points" above the FAQ section of this page.

How do I keep track of my points and/or redeem them?

Click on the "Rewards" red button in the bottom right hand of the screen and make sure you are logged in to view your points.

How do I use my discount code in my next purchase?

If you have gone in and redeemed a discount code out of your points then simply just enter the code in the "Discount Code" field during checkout and press the Apply button.

Can I use more than one discount code at a time?

Only one discount code can be used in any single transaction.

How do I recieve my Birthday Points?

Make sure you enter your Birthday date in the rewards section at least 31 days before your birthday to recieve your free points.

Can I still earn points purchasing on another website or platform?

Unfortunately you can't. You need to purchase Ciencia products directly through Ciencia.com.au to earn points for your purchase.
